NOTES:
1. if later changes (time) (ppl) etc. made in order: pressing BOOK button again will send updated details to client
2. if admin first send BOOK button to client and later press PAY or DEP. buttons - no need to send all details again, only links to payment or deposit
3. if phone number is paste (ctrl c) from other source like +972524456972

4. if new payment made with no matching phone to id client slot - pop massage/send mail/whatsapp
TIME SLOTS RULES AND MARKS:
Working hours form 10.00 to 18.00, week start at sunday
Each tour take 2 hours and up to 8 cars ( 8 slots) and 2 guides
each guide can handle max 4 cars
so if more than 4 cars order per hour (5-8 cars) - 2nd guide is needed for the same tour
-make sure `FIFO` for new orders:new booking enters 1st to 8th cell
(first row 1-4 cells is full before booking 2nd row cells 5-8)
if X cars booked -X slots for next/previous hour will close (block) for work automaticaly
Example:
If 4 cars book at 10.00>
4 slots block at 11.00 (because tour last 2 hours- they back for 12:00 tour)
if 2 cars book at 11.00>
2 slots block at 12.00 and 10.00 (next/previous hours of 11:00 tour)
in general the main goal is that each order need to have `back to back` blocked slots so we prevent double booking while the cars still on tour with guides
BLOCK SLOT MARK:
2 problems we have:
A. if more than 4 slots (5-8 slots) booked for same hour, we need second guide for big tour,
which means the next/previous hours is not available. even though we have enough cars for next/previous hours, we only have 2 guides who already busy for the big tour
B. when 1-4 cars book for 10:00 and also 1-4 cars book for 11:00- that means each tour can only have 1 guide so max 4 cars each hour
solution for 2 problems:
once 1 slot from X row has booked >
auto block the all 4 slots in the 2 mirror rows (the next/previous hours)
only work under proper `FIFO` settings
colors and data
each time slot contain (name) (price) (cars)
also have small square for marks V-X-?
when 2 cars booked - combine 2 slots
when 3 cars booked - combine 3 slots
ETC...
when booking need 2nd row: connect with line and `child` slot contain only (NAME)
when time slot empty - has toggle button to manually block

RED – IF `X` IS MARK BY ADMIN - OVERRIDE OTHER COLOR

`V` MARK OR NO MARK (EMPTY)- NO CHANGE OF PREVIOUS COLOR
ONLINE BOOKING PAGE FOR CLIENTS:
client calendar shows today + 6 days forward only (no Saturday) with no arrows to browse
client only see free slots - all other slots hidden
client can book only 1 slot
after client choose time slot:
form auto fill (DATE) (TIME)
client choose 2,3 or 4 PPL>auto fill locked PRICE by defaults chart
client input (NAME) (PHONE)
client can input notes for admin (CNOTE)
client submit: ask for business confirmation
pop admin massage/send email/whatsapp for new pending order
admin can send to client: BOOK - PAY- DEP. as usual

when im on the go( without my tablet) and taking orders from clients-
they get messages from my private whatsapp user
how can i communicate them using my business number from my phone?
my android already have private whatsapp install - cant have both
how marketing can take orders using the business number and not private whatsapp numbers?
